I'm no techie by any means so please have patience and bear with me. I'm hoping someone might have a suggestion or idea that I can try. I tried but failed to find a working solution. As long as the NAS is in the same broadcast domain, Qfinder should be able to discover the NAS. Also found out that the NAS QNAP-TS412 no longer exist under my Network section. I can ping the them, but I cannot get to the NAS web interface, nor do they show up.
They get assigned IP-adresses and show up as connected wired devices. As I have no issues working with shares already mounted on PC from NAS. Im also able to SSH into it with no issues. After I switched from my D-Link DIR-655 router to the Orbi AC3000 I cannot access the NAS machines. I can connect to NAS through web browser and I can even ping the QNAP from my PC successfully, but everything I launch QFinder Pro, it says it cannot find my NAS. This morning I found out the sound didn't work. I have a couple of Qnap NAS servers that I've used for several years (TS-419 and TS-419P). Unfortunately, yesterday in a particularly good mood I installed Windows 10. I was quite content with my Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit OS.

I know this because the upgrade icon stated for a while now that it was ready to download and install - but I wasn't. U see some files that are newer windows keep, I not used windows 10īut I have strong belief that has same problems as windows 7 and 8 Sometimes the Linux based NAS servers do give problems. I seen probem million times, I use help Microsoft with patches.
